Frozen Yogurt Bark

Greek yogurt spread thin, topped with berries and shaved dark chocolate, frozen and broken into shards.

Ingredients

  • 400 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 80 g raspberries
  • 80 g blueberries
  • 20 g dark chocolate, shaved

Method

  1. Stir honey into yogurt; spread on a parchment-lined tray, ~1 cm thick.
  2. Scatter raspberries, blueberries and shaved dark chocolate over.
  3. Freeze 3 hours; break into shards.
